Personal Mastery
1 or 2 day intensive personal mastery class with 1:1 follow up included. This workshop is a series of conversations and exercises that will provide the opportunity to define what is important to you, to understand the beliefs that drive your experiences today, to understand the role of fear in your life, and to identify new beliefs and actions that will help you move closer to your ‘true’ you. Benefits of this program are as varied as the individuals that participate.
Self - Care for Caregivers
Trauma professionals or those in the healing professions such as therapists, doctors, social workers and first responders who work with clients suffering from trauma have a responsibility to create their own healing environments using tools of connection, holistic self -care, and making meaning for their own journey. However organizations also have a responsibility to support them in the environment and culture they work in.
This workshop is designed to create a setting where peers work together to learn, discuss cases, and support each other with a focus on coping and resilience more than intellectual discussions. Healing modalities like meditation and writing are brought into these workshops to practice self-care in real time and to learn from one another. Post-workshop 1:1 follow up can be included as well as facilitator debrief with leaders to share learnings to improve outcomes for individuals and the organization as a whole.
OD Consulting Skills
With the fast paced technological, sociological, economical, and geo-political changes taking place across the globe, most organizations have now accepted that change is the new constant and that all organization systems must be created as flexible and nimble and they must support the purpose and goals of the organization, or they must adapt or die. Organizational Development skills, practiced by OD professionals, org psychologists, strategic HR partners, and savvy leaders include frameworks, tools, and methodologies to help business leaders to create, maintain, and diagnose organizational systems so that they can be effective. A practical and hands on 1 day workshop on OD consulting skills is offered applying common OD tools, resources, and approaches to the real word case studies of the participants.
