Nicole brings broad and deep expertise to bear to solve real world business problems.  Having worked as an I/O psychologist, acted as both an internal and external consultant for a wide variety of organizations, taught at universities, lived and worked across North America, Europe, and Asia, held multiple talent management leadership roles, and led and participated in many org level transformations, Nicole is able to leverage her skill set to add value to individuals, teams and organizations.
